LifeHacker has a new post about a new product from Adobe Labs:
“Kuler (not sure if it rhymes with “color” or “cooler”) lets you browse other users’ themes or create your own using a drag-and-drop color wheel and/or numerical settings (RGB, CMYK, etc.).”
When combined with the Color Palatte Generator [shown with my header image] this should be a great way to give your site some color. Upload an image to the Color Palatte Generator and it will retun a list of the colors used in the image. Then you can base your site around that picture. Great for header images.
If you look at the right side of the Color Palatte Generator, you’ll see more products by Steven Degraeve.
I’ve found a great little app for putting notes, reminders, lists, etc, on your windows desktop.

Glenn got his 20″ Samsung widescreen LCD screen so he can ditch the two CRTs he currently uses. This will be much easier to carry up to Idaho in January.
I got a couple things. A 200GB hard drive [$20], which, incidentally, brings me up to 1 terrabyte of storage space. w00t! Also got a wireless-G router [$20] for Jeni’s house. That’s for both of us. Her for her laptop, me for my phone. A 1GB thumb drive [$8], and a couple other little things. Also got a present for Jeni [i'll withhold, in case she reads this
].
Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to those of you you read this site. Hope your day is spent stuffing your face and remembering all the things you’re thankful for.
I’m headed out to Jeni’s parents to join her and about 15 relatives, including her brother, Wes, who I was friends with right after high school and haven’t seen since. Should be good times. Then we’re coming back into town to have dessert [hopefully, second or third dessert] with my family, including Allen, who should be here in town any time now. Fun.
Google’s Image Labeler is almost like a game, but you’re helping match google image returns to keywords. You and another player try and guess the same word that best describes the picture.
